RIOS Canine onboarding
From configuration to a verified operating launch.
Onboarding is not a handoff to a blank dashboard. It establishes organization truth, access, services, payment readiness and a reviewed public presence before the first live workflow is called complete.
1. Choose the operating fit
Review Starter, Growth, Complete or a build-your-own configuration. Confirm active-dog capacity, discipline packs, locations and implementation support.
2. Create and verify the workspace
Submit the business and owner details, verify the owner email and enter the organization workspace through the secure sign-in path.
3. Confirm business truth
Add locations, services, capacity, public contact details, brand identity and the facts RIOS needs now. Optional information can be completed later.
4. Connect the operating paths
Publish offerings, configure schedules and agreements, import or create client and dog records, and invite staff with only the capabilities they need.
5. Activate RIOS Payments
An authorized finance owner completes Stripe-hosted business onboarding. Charges and payouts remain off until Stripe confirms both capabilities.
6. Run the launch review
RIOS checks the public profile after onboarding, opens content findings for human review and preserves technical corrections with rollback evidence.
7. Issue the first real workflow
The business creates its own invoice and hosted checkout, verifies settlement and opens provider-hosted funds controls before treating payment activation as complete.
What onboarding does not do
- It does not invent services, prices, credentials, business facts or customer outcomes.
- It does not make every enabled discipline pack launch-complete; release readiness remains pack-specific.
- It does not move money until the authorized business and payment provider complete their own gates.
- It does not publish offers, rewards, discoveries or substantive marketing changes without the required human approval.
The activation finish line
A business is activated when its owner can sign in, complete connected-account readiness, issue and settle an owner-created invoice, reach provider-hosted funds and payout controls, and see auditable post-onboarding and monthly discovery coverage. A demo, configured screen or reviewed draft is not counted as that proof.
