Service terms · Updated September 16, 2026
Use RIOS with clear authority and honest records.
These terms govern public-site and account use provided by SeVIIen LLC. A signed order form, participation agreement or other written agreement controls if it expressly differs from these public terms.
1. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect sign-in links and sessions, and use only the organization, client and professional records you are authorized to access. An organization administrator is responsible for its staff access, configuration, instructions and lawful basis for information entered into RIOS.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use RIOS to break the law; harm a person or animal; misrepresent identity, credentials, evidence or outcomes; bypass access controls; probe or disrupt the service; upload malware; send unlawful or unwanted communications; infringe rights; or use private records outside their authorized purpose.
3. Professional and automated decisions
RIOS organizes information and may prepare drafts, reminders, summaries or recommendations. It does not replace qualified veterinary, medical, legal, financial, educational or other professional judgment. Authorized people remain responsible for high-impact decisions and for reviewing information before it is sent or published.
4. Customer data and permission
As between RIOS and the subscribing organization, the organization retains its rights in information it submits. It grants SeVIIen LLC the limited permission needed to host, secure, process, transmit and back up that information to provide the service. Private organization records are not contributed to another organization or a shared knowledge system without a separately authorized path.
5. Plans, payments and connected businesses
Plan capacity, included features, price and implementation work are stated on the applicable pricing page or order form. There is no free trial unless a written offer says otherwise. Payment-provider onboarding, checkout, identity and payout controls may be hosted by Stripe. A connected business—not SeVIIen LLC—is the merchant of record for that business's transactions with its own customers and is responsible for its prices, taxes, refunds, disputes, fulfillment and customer terms.
6. Third-party services
Enabled features may rely on hosting, email, messaging, storage, calendar, payment or model providers. Provider availability and provider-hosted actions are also governed by those providers' terms. RIOS may disable an integration that is unsafe, unauthorized, unavailable or no longer supported.
7. Suspension, termination and records
RIOS may restrict access needed to protect users, animals, organizations, providers or the service; respond to nonpayment or unlawful use; or comply with law. Account closure does not erase records that must remain for audit, safety, accounting, dispute or legal purposes. Export, transition, deletion and retention details in a signed agreement control the customer offboarding process.
8. Service boundary
RIOS is provided with the features and support stated in the applicable plan or agreement. Preview, demo, planned and gated capabilities are not promised production functionality. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Liability, indemnity, service levels and any negotiated remedies are governed by the applicable signed agreement and law.
9. Governing law and changes
These public terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. SeVIIen LLC may update them as the service or law changes. Material changes will receive an updated date and, when required, direct notice or renewed agreement before they apply.
